2:45 I recently learned this sequence at my first aerial silks class and have rope burn on my mid back and bruises on my inner thighs. I noticed that your midsection is exposed. How do you avoid rope burn and bruising? We’re my silks to tight?

Great hypnosis session by any chance can you hear voices in between the speaking, like in the static because i can hear them all the way through the session. Its several different voices all speaking and answering your questions. Ive screen recorded them and played it back on slow speed.
